We are looking for a Conversion Experience Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website and digital service conversions through analytics, user testing, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure user journeys are smooth and effective, and that business goals are met.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of user experience (UX), behavioral analytics, and A/B testing. You have experience with conversion optimization tools such as Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO, or similar, and can interpret data and turn it into actionable improvements. You are analytical but also a creative problem solver who understands how even small changes can significantly impact conversion rates.
